The mission of Organ-ize The Planet is to raise the level of awareness on the need for organ donation and to ultimately increase the amount of available donors through the potential donor's state run registration process. Primarily this will be achieved through sporting events and video documentaries and this web site. Always displaying caring leadership and integrity we will financially assist donor related families in need whenever possible.

Currently, there are 94,108 people waiting to receive a transplant in the United States, every 18 minutes another person dies while desperately waiting for a life saving organ. You can make a difference by deciding right now to donate. Different states have different registration requirements. Please click here to find out what your state requires then register to donate if you have not already. One of the most important parts of your decision to donate is to share your wishes with your family and loved ones and let them know your decision. We want to get as many people to register to be organ donors in their state in 2012 as possible.
We thank you, the Cotti family thanks you, and Delaney thanks you. Youdonate@aol.com
was born on October 26th , 1994 in San Pedro, CA. She was delivered in an emergency C-section at Cedar Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after the doctors had determined in uterus that she had bi-lateral renal vein thrombosis which is basically blood clots that ruined her kidneys'. Delaney went on the waiting list for a kidney and her parents moved the family up to Northern California where they could be closer to Stanford Hospital's transplant program. On August 27, 1997 the call had come in that a kidney was found; a 7 year old little girl named Alexandria Cotti had been hit by a car while riding her bike in Hollister, CA and her parents donated her organs. The following video tells the story of these two little girls and how two families came together to form a bond that will last a life time and hopefully inspire others to register to donate as well.
Delaney & family would like to thank a few of the doctors that helped save her life and keep her smiling over the years. We have been through a lot with them and their caring ways and excellent medical attention is greatly appreciated.

Organ-ize the Planet past walks have been held to raise the public awareness for organ donation and using this spectacular landmark for the concept of "Bridging the Gap" as one person gives the Gift of Life to another. Past bridge walks were dedicated to 6 yr old Aaron Tanner who had just received a life saving Heart/Kidney transplant and 13 yr old Allie Von Zup who received her much needed heart transplant.
